| Friend,At Liberty Guard we celebrate a week of the Supreme Court ruling consistently on the side of the Constitution against immense pressure and threat of violence. Freedom and conservative values are what have sustained this great nation against attacks from outside our borders and as we are all too aware, they are now coming from within our borders as well.So, the fight doesn’t end from the Pelosi-led left… it only intensifies.For some months now, Liberty Guard has focused the light of freedom on our public schools and the socialist indoctrination that is taking place while using your tax dollars to do so.We are also aware of an outside influence being paid for by organizations like Planned Parenthood and left-wing globalists George Soros and Bill Gates.I must warn you that the following discussion is sadly graphic.As an example of just how insidious this plot to radically change America from within is, we need look no further than the State of Nebraska- a conservative state in the Heartland of America.Last year the Nebraska State School Board suddenly decided they would adopt a set of sex education standards for kindergarteners through middle school that per the Nebraska Family Alliance website said would include:Teaching Kindergartners about cohabitating and same-gender families First Graders would be taught to define “gender identity and gender role stereotypesFourth Graders would be taught that sex is “assigned” at birth and gender is fluid Sixth graders would be taught about identifying with multiple sexual identities, including “bisexual, lesbian, gay, queer, two spirit, asexual and pansexual.Eighth graders would be taught abortion is “reproductive care” and how to develop a plan to eliminate an unintended pregnancy.The proposed standards also graphically discussed topics such as anal sex and masturbation.The parents in Nebraska immediately formed a coalition 20,000 members strong and pushed back hard on these unbelievable attempts to circumvent the parents.Governor Pete Ricketts also came out and demanded the school board scrap these proposed standards but as Governor his authority to stop them was limited to the pressure of the bully pulpit.Ricketts issued a statement that remarked that “These advocacy groups definitely have an agenda they are pushing and it’s one that sexualizes children.” Ricketts also said, “This was never about the parents- it was about the advocates.”After months of public hearings with literally hundreds attending each meeting in opposition and requests for school board communications and records, the information was finally made available.The public was stunned at the backroom discussions that went on between a former Planned Parenthood employee-turned-Education and Training Manager for the Women’s Fund of Omaha, and some of the state school board members, all the while attempting to steer the school board down this unwanted pathway.In the end the school board tabled the vote but the process could be brought back at any moment so the parents must remain ever vigilant. The fight for parents’ rights and protection of our children is NOT over… it has only begun!Liberty Guard is watching too!We watched yet another attempt at forcing children, most too young to make almost any decision, to be exposed to the “children and family friendly” DRAG QUEEN SHOWS. These shows are being held on school grounds, or as school events where children are taken by the school to the event.That’s right, DRAG QUEEN SHOWS. I MUST WARN YOU WE ARE INCLUDING TWO PHOTOS- AT A SCHOOL FACILITY AND AT A FIELD TRIP- TO SHOW YOU WHAT THEIR VERSION OF “FAMILY FRIENDLY’ MEANS…Notice the small children in the audience?Do we really think children of these ages can discern what is normal when exposed to this nonsense?And since when does this type of graphic behavior work its way into the school system?It is being pushed by those with a political or personal agenda.Finally, who is thinking about the best interests of the child?Liberty Guard is ready to fight this fight with your help.Now is when we draw the line of what works its way into our schools by exposing those pushing this agenda for what it is… a complete undermining of the family and a push toward “anything goes lifestyles” that steal our children’s innocence.Here’s what we think should be a part of the mission of any publicly funded school board: Liberty Guard’s Parents Bill of Rights.Parents have an absolute right to exclude any material from their children’s education, including but not limited to material of a sexual nature, anything including gender or sexuality, or any material teaching or inferring guilt or prejudice on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, or skin color.All states and school districts must have a hotline where such questionable materials can be reported by parents.Decisions on faith, values, sexuality, or ethnic identity of minor children are firmly and exclusively the domain of parents; no government entity, including public schools, has any right whatsoever to teach these things to children without the parents’ explicit written consent.Parents must be warned of any school employee ever credibly accused of, or convicted of, sexual harassment, pedophilia, child porn, or other deviant behavior related to children; further, the parents must be given the chance to transfer their children to a class where there will be no contact with the offending employee.No public-school teacher is permitted to enforce their political preferences, political party, or political philosophy to their students.No public-school teacher is permitted to discuss their sexual life or sex-related ideas with their students.No student will be in any way penalized or set apart for race, religion, skin color, gender, beliefs, vaccination status, or preference to wear a piece of medical equipment.No public employee, including school employee, will enforce any COVID vaccine mandate on a student.No public employee, including school employee, will enforce a mandate to wear personal protective equipment.All encounters of a sexual nature, including sex crimes committed on school property, will be reported to the parents in question, as well as to the school authorities.The Liberty Guard Parents Bill of Rights is the model legislation that will end the sexualization of children and allow parents to stop the predators.It is now clear that need strong, muscular legislation ready to go to protect our kids.Can you help us?Your gift of 25, $50, $100, $500, $1,000 or more, will help Liberty Guard lobby Congress and put pressure on legislators to help parents protect our children.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
